This is a metal computer id tag with classic color Apple logo and the word "Apple" raised embossed into the metal back plate. This tag could be found on the front of many vintage Apple computers.
Approximately 2- 3/8" long x 1" h.

The tag is enameled metal with a sticky back tap that was used for attaching to a computer.
