Programmable AC Light Dimmer Controller

This programmable board setup allows user to control a Solid State dimmer used with AC Lighting. There is a 4-Line by 16 Character back-lit LCD that is the user interface for programming the different modes of operation. There are 8 modes of operation available to the user. These modes are set up and initiated using a menu-driven display with input being made by 4 on board pushbuttons.
The board requires 12 to 24V DC at least 100 mA power supply.
Programmable Recording time - 10 Minutes
Some of the user modes include ramp up/down lighting, full on, power up and hold and more.

Controller has remote trigger for remote activation,, on board potentiometer to set and program variable dimming outputs, Power On and Off switch, LED, sync port to trigger other boards connected. Wire terminal blocks, power jack for easy hook-up.

Remote Programmable 4- Channel 15Amp
Solid State AC Voltage Relay Board

Description:
This is a 4-Channel Programmable AC Voltage Solid State Relay design that consists of 3 separate boards (Programming Board, Main Control Board and Remote Solid State AC Relay Board) attached to each other via ribbon cables. The relays on the Relay Board are Solid State relays that are rated at 15 Amp each AC Voltage

Programming the relay action is accomplished via the Programming Board that is connected to the Main Control board via a ribbon cable. The user is prompted through menus for information such as AutoStart, Loop, and relay program entry. Each of the relays can be manually activated also using the associated mini tactile switch located on the Main Control Board.

When the relay is activated, a LED just below the relay on the Relay Board lights and a corresponding LED on the Programming Board lights as well. The Programming board can remain attached to the Main Control Board during playback or removed. If it is attached, the user can get playback status displayed on the LCD. Playback can be initiated by pressing the Enter Button on the Programming Board, if connected, or via a dry contact closure at the remote trigger terminal on the Main Control Board.

When the board is triggered, a 80 mS Sync pulse is present at the Sync terminal. The user can program up to 15 minutes of relay activity and up to a 5 minute delay time between playbacks if the Loop option is selected. If AutoStart is selected, as soon as the board is powered up, it goes directly to Run Mode and waits for a trigger event to occur.

Power (12V 200 mA) can be supplied to the board via the 2.1 mm barrel connector or the Alternate Power terminal block.

There are 2 versions of the Relay Board. They are identical except for how the AC power leaves the board. For both boards, AC power is attached via the large 3-contact terminal block on the right side of the board. (Neutral, Hot , Ground) Two-contact terminal blocks are also available at power entry and at each power exit for the attachment of fuses. Power leaving the two boards differs in how the connection is made.

One board uses 3-contact terminal blocks and the other uses computer-style AC receptacles. Other than that, the 2 boards are identical.


Power (12Volts at 600 mA) can be supplied to the board via the 2.1 mm barrel connector or the Alternate Power terminal block.

Board requires 9-12 Vdc @ 600 mAmp power supply (Power supply not included)

AC Lamp Controller

This board allows you to provide several lighting effects for an AC incandescent lamp up to 200W.

The effects are selected with a single push button.

The modes are:

The board is cycled through each effect with the push button. If the board is powered off (unplugged), it will remember what mode it was in when powered back on. This board is AC powered, so no wal-wart or battery is required for operation.

Programmable AC Lamp Dimmer

Board was designed to allow the user to program and replay a sequence of light brightening and dimming that could correspond to other effects or events that might be occurring.

Up to 53 minutes of sequence can be stored. Alternatively, the board can operate in Random Mode which will produce a continuous sequence of random dimming. This board does not require an external DC power supply ­ it is powered by the incoming AC line.

Sound Activated AC Lamp Flasher

Board will allow you to take an audio input and use it to flash an AC incandescent light when the volume reaches a certain level.
The audio input jack is stereo and there is a slide switch to select which channel of the audio you want to respond to. The audio should be non-amplified (i.e., from a portable CD or MP3 player, not a stereo amplifier). The board has an on-board amplifier built in to boost the audio and the lightning response to the incoming sound is adjusted using the Sensitivity pot.

This board requires an external 9-12V DC power supply to drive the electronics and AC to power your AC lamp.

Board was designed to control the activation of a prop. It has 3 user-adjustable timing sequences that are set by 3 on-board pots. The first timing sequence, once the board has been triggered, delays the activation of the prop. This period can last from 1 to 60 seconds. This timing sequence begins as soon as the trigger event occurs and is intended to allow the subject to move into position before activating the prop. The second timing sequence begins as soon as the first timing sequence has finished. During this timing sequence, the on-board relay is activated and will stay on for this entire timing sequence. This timing sequence can last from 1 to 60 seconds. The final timing sequence begins as soon as the second timing sequence ends. The relay is off during this timing sequence. This sequence is intended to prevent the board from being re-triggered again for the specified time (1 second to 5 minutes) allowing the subject to move on. Once the board has been triggered, there are 3 status LEDs that will tell you which timing sequence you are in. The board is triggered by either a dry contact closure at the trigger connection terminal block or by connecting an optional PIR to the PIR connection solder pads.
Power (12VDC) is provided to the board via a 2.1mm barrel connector or via the adjacent terminal block. If power is provided via the barrel connector, you may use the adjacent terminal block to supply 12V to another board.
The board can control either a AC or DC-powered prop and is equipped with a 10A fuse and either a suppression capacitor (for AC use) or a suppression diode (for DC use)

This unique power module can be used to convert AC voltages from 9-24 AC input to 9-24 VDC output at 2 Amp.

There are three different DC voltage outputs options available:

9 Vdc @ 2 Amp
12 Vdc @ 2 Amp

Warning - make sure the product has been correctly wired before turning the power ON and check to see that all wires are firmly connected to the terminals / sockets. Miscellaneous Information:
Remember, these boards have live AC current on them. Contact with any component on the board while it is plugged in could be FATAL! Do not use these boards unless it is enclosed in a non-conductive plastic enclosure. And do not use this anywhere it could get wet or damp. There is a 5A fuse on some of the board. If you blow this fuse, only replace it with a 5A fuse and check the wattage of the lamp you are controlling to prevent future problems Unplug everything first before handling the board or changing fuses.

Use these products within the operating ranges recommended in the specification (voltage, amp loads, directions) Failure to do so might cause faulty operations, fire or other hazards.
